Orange and tangerine madeleine

Madeleines are a traditional pastry in France. I like to invent new tastes for it. The orange and tangerine jam I put in this one brings a nice flavour and a bit of bitterness.

Des madeleines parfumées à la confiture d'orange et de clémentine corses. Une légère amertume bien balancée par la douceur de la madeleine.
