A basic cheesecake for my nephew's birthday (two years old so I didn't tried something too fancy or to hard to chew).

Un cheesecake classique, au citron et spéculoos, pour l'anniversaire de mon neveu (2 ans seulement donc quelque chose d'assez simple et facile à mâcher).

It's a biscuit made with brown sugar and cinnamon ! A speciality from Belgium if I remember right.

=D It's a basic cheesecake except you use Spéculoos for the "crumble"
