Canneles by Melhyria Canneles by Melhyria
These are true cannelés bordelais, a typical french pastry from Bordeaux, crunchy on the outside and tender in the inside. I've been selling it in my school in order to collect funds for Japan. The recipe in English here.

Voici de véritables cannelés bordelais, testés et approuvés par une japonaise férue de pâtisserie française (si, si). J'ai en effet vendues ces pâtisseries dans mon école au profit des victimes japonaises. La recette en français ici.

I need to learn French to read the recipe. This looks crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Where did you get the molds for them. I love them, but have to use tiny bundt cake molds, so they aren't so great.

I got them in a shop in my town, but I'm leaving in France so it's easier to find french pastries' molds.

Try a specialised shop maybe ? Or internet…
